Táhlia Audrí is a performer-singer-writer from Charleston, SC. She became a Company Member for Theatre 99 (Charleston, SC) before moving to New York City. Her first solo show, Straight out of Charleston, introduced her ability to perform a solo show. After moving to NYC, she completed the NYC Upright Citizens Brigade (UCB) trained improviser and sketch writer programs. She was a part of the indie improv group Affirmative Action. Táhlia was also an original cast member of the Comedic Play, Hidden Fences. Her solo performances continue to bring characters to life. Her solo show, The Real Bubble Lives of Building 104, was performed at the Piccolo Spoleto Festival in Charleston, SC. During the pandemic lockdown of 2020, she created an online project called QT 2020 (a musical comedy parody about life during the pandemic). Pre-pandemic, Táhlia also performed improv regularly with Dirty Little Secrets Improv and Comedy People’s Time. Also, she was a performer with All Female Reboot sketch team (NYC). She is the host of the instagram-based ‘That Candy Show.’ She is also the host of ‘Chile, It’s a time!’ which is a part of the yearly Black Women in Comedy Laff Fest NYC.
